Non-Refundable and Non-Returnable Policy: Due to the unique nature of our products sourced from the Himalayas, Baba Shop operates on a strict non-refundable and non-returnable policy. Once a purchase is made, it cannot be refunded or returned unless the product is damaged upon arrival.

Damaged Product Replacement: In the unfortunate event that your product arrives damaged, please notify us via email with the subject code “Broken” within 48 hours of receiving the delivery. Include clear images of the damaged product for verification. A new identical product will be sent to you promptly upon verification.

Delivery Timeline: Delivery timelines may vary depending on the product and location. However, we strive to deliver all orders within 15 days from the date of purchase. Please note that delivery times may be longer for remote areas.

Refund Policy for Unavailable Natural Products: If a natural product becomes unavailable after your purchase, you will be entitled to a full refund. The refund will be processed within 7 days after the 15-day purchase window. Please ensure your email subject code is “Unavailable” for expedited processing.

Delivery Partner: Baba Shop partners with Indian Post for order deliveries. It is crucial to provide accurate shipping information to ensure timely delivery. You can also collect your package from the designated post office using the provided tracking details.
